- The Factory houses a state-of-the-art automated Powder coating plant.
- The powder coating is carried out in a 7-tank process.
- The changeover time of our powder coating plant is 15 minutes.
- Samples from each batch undergoes shade matching and following quality tests as per ASTM standards.
Powder Coating Thickness (Measure on one side)
- Smooth finish range between 50 microns & 60 microns
- Texture finish range between 75 microns & 100 microns.
