Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Interio SEZ Unit is a part of $2Bn conglomerate Viz. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., head quartered in Mumbai, one of the most reputed and privately-owned industrial giants in India.
We commenced our operations in 1992 as Mercury Manufacturing Company Ltd. in a Special Economic Zone – MEPZ, Chennai, India as an export-oriented unit.
Mercury Manufacturing Company Ltd. (Mercury) was a fully owned subsidiary of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd. which is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
On 3rd October 2017, Mercury Manufacturing Company Ltd. Has merged with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Under Godrej Interio division.
Henceforth, Mercury Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Will be known as Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Interio SEZ Unit or as Godrej Interio SEZ unit.
However, the ‘Mercury’ brand and its range of product offerings continue to exist.
